Position Summary:  

As a team member in our Pack, Load, Crate department, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all finished products are properly packed for shipping. As the work varies from day-to-day, our most successful crate builders have a professional work ethic and comfort adapting to change.

Duties Expectations:

Responsible for cutting wood, building custom crates, banding skids, shrink wrapping, and labeling finished projects for shipment

Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Effectively manage time to ensure on-time delivery of every project

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Carpentry skills

Ability to read measuring tapes accurately

Ability to operated hand and power tools
