Kforce's client, a global professional services company headquartered in New York, NY is seeking a VP Accounting - Global Professional Services - LLP to focus on their partnership accounting. This role reports into the global CFO. The schedule is hybrid, and the benefit package is outstanding. In this role, you will manage staff and manage the partnership accounting and partnership tax function of this company.Duties will include:

　　Manage and improve policies and procedures

　　Maintain partnership capital and withdrawal accounts

　　Review distributions

　　Manage reimbursements

　　Review partner draws

　　Review withholding

　　Process bonus earnings

　　Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulation

　　Prepare partner schedule K-1s

　　Prepare partner tax returns

　　Manage contributions to retirement plans

　　Accruals for retirement contributions

　　Manage accounting and tax for investment partnerships and LLC's

　　Advisor on all partnership accounting and tax subjects

　　Manage staff

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting

　　CPA

　　Over 8 years of experience

　　Experience with partnerships and K-1s

　　Experience in professional services

　　Managerial experience

　　Experience with general ledger

　　Prior public accounting experience

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
