All tools and equipment are suppliedby Voith. Responsibilities Inspect rotors coming in from mills forrepair. Taking pictures of condition rotor arrives. Filling outinspection reports. Straightening after weld repair done. Checkoutinspection, filling out reports of final dimensions, minor repairs usingTIG welding and hand grinding. Qualifications and Desired SkillsUnderstanding of blueprints and technical instructions. Ability toinspect parts. Ability to produce inspection reports. Able to useinside, outside, and depth mics. Experience with torches and press forstraightening. Experience in welding/grinding. Minimum high schooldiploma or have a GED equivalent. Wear required safety equipment/PPE,supplied by Voith.
