Description:
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the Front Office Department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and Brand Standards, whilst meeting colleague, guest and owner expectations. The Guest Experience Manager is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the guest experience, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the operational team and administration.
Qualifications:
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager - Front Office or Guest Experience Manager in hotels, resorts or similar large establishments
Good problem solving, organisational and interpersonal skills are a must
A good working knowledge of English Language
Able to provide outstanding customer experience to the guests
Ability to communicate proactively with team members and guests
