Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced detail oriented to join our team as the Director, IT Operations. This role will play a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient management of our IT infrastructure, service management, and information security.

　　Responsibilities:

　　IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the implementation, operations, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (systems/network) . Ensure the stability and availability of dependent information systems by implementing best practices and robust processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and reliable IT solutions.

　　IT Service Management: Lead and manage IT service delivery, including user support services, incident resolution, and problem management. Develop and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) to meet business requirements and enhance user satisfaction. Implement ITIL best practices to optimize service delivery and efficiency.

　　Information Security: Develop and execute a comprehensive information security strategy. Implement security policies, procedures, and technologies to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.

　　Leadership and Collaboration: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the IT Operations team. Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and align IT operations with organizational goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT Operations team. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role with regional responsibilities. Strong background in IT infrastructure management, service delivery, and information security. Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing ITIL best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, or PMP are a plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
