Description:

　　Position Overview

　　As a Voice Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in engineering the Collaboration and Voice solutions that are the core of our business and manufacturing locations.

　　• Maintain SIP infrastructure and call management supporting 200 domestic locations and partner with our European team.

　　• Install/Maintain/Patch AudioCodes SBC's

　　• Assist with Architecture for voice solutions

　　• Maintain Skype for Business and Teams voice environment running smoothly

　　• Owns process for number porting, O365 license assignment, configuration.

　　• Monitor Skype for Business and Teams Call Quality dashboard(s)

　　• Assist the Engineering and Operations team to troubleshoot/diagnose voice related issues across the organization.

　　• Analyze existing standalone or clustered telephony infrastructure components with engineering and operations teams

　　• Partner with Network and Security teams to establish any necessary requirements for new service, or trouble with existing sites.
