　　<p>Wayfair is seeking a Visual Operations Associate to join our team, which is part of the broader Visual Merchandising department helping to enable Wayfair’s physical retail agenda. The Visual Operations Associate will contribute to all aspects of the end to end “Go To Market” process supporting our Wayfair physical retail operations. This role includes many of the traditional aspects of project management, including interacting with cross functional stakeholders, juggling tight timelines and coordinating with field employees on execution. The Visual Operations Associate will be an integral part of the Visual team that is helping to develop and implement the playbook to stand up and scale stores in North America across all five of Wayfair’s brands (Wayfair, AllModern, Joss &amp; Main, Birch Lane, Perigold).&nbsp;</p>

　　<p>The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail, project management or store operations. Their responsibilities will include process improvement, project-based work, and calendar management for our GTM milestones and New Store Opening timelines. A strong operational orientation is key to success in this role, as is a keen eye for efficiency and a passion for process improvement.&nbsp;</p>

　　<p>This role is based in Boston, MA and reports to the Manager of Visual Operations with exposure to many other cross-functional teams.&nbsp;</p>

　　<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong>:&nbsp;</p>

　　<p><em>Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</em></p>

　　<ul>

　　<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Visual Presentation and Store Operations</li>

　　<li>Prioritize and complete multiple projects within competing deadlines with high level of organizational skills</li>

　　<li>Assist the Manager of Visual Operations with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, calendar management, agenda maintenance, onboarding vendors, vendor payment, and Google Drive organization.</li>

　　<li>Maintain and update communications to store teams accurately and adjust as needed.</li>

　　<li>Partner with Visual Presentation and Store Operations to decide on VAS best practices</li>

　　<li>Adhere to timelines and deadlines for VAS requests for seasonal products</li>

　　<li>Support New Store Openings and Seasonal Flips</li>

　　<li>Execute on ad hoc Visual Operations projects, think through solutions to existing problems and identify areas for process improvements</li>

　　<p><strong>Who are we looking for</strong></p>

　　<p>We are looking for individuals who are newly graduated and have had part- or full-time experience at the in-store level of retail.&nbsp; We are also looking for individuals who have worked in environments such as:</p>

　　<li>Retail - Big Box or Specialty</li>

　　<li>Project Management&nbsp;</li>

　　<li>Office Administration</li>

　　</ul>

　　<p>This individual should be looking to get their foot in the door at a retail corporate level, or be looking to grow in their career.&nbsp; Communication is key and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced technology and data-driven business environment.</p>

　　<p><strong>Who you are</strong></p>

　　<ul>

　　<li>1-2 years of physical retail experience preferred</li>

　　<li>Proficiency in Google Suite</li>

　　<li>Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously</li>

　　<li>Able to work efficiently and effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment that’s constantly changing as Wayfair’s Physical Retail organization and fleet scales</li>

　　<li>Evidence of “scrappy startup execution” and a “get it done” attitude when time is tight and stakes are high</li>

　　<li>Ability to problem solve and pivot to the needs of the growing business</li>

　　<li>Excellent written, visual and verbal cross-functional communication skills</li>

　　<li>A positive attitude and a willingness to learn</li>

　　</ul>
