　　TheVisual Merchandiserwill report directly to the Field Sales Supervisor and work within our Bethel/Harmony resale partners in the Naples, Bradenton, Sarasota and Tampa areas. As part of the day-to-day responsibilities theVisual Merchandiserwill execute merchandising directives and re-sets, establish a positive rapport with customers, promote product sales and relay information to Field Sales Supervisor regarding opportunities.

　　Roles and Responsibilities:

　　Clean, cull & merchandise all Bethel/ Harmony products according to Live Good Standards.

　　Ensure product is always stocked and presentable.

　　Transfer product as needed to maintain effective levels of inventory to promote sales.

　　Complete store visits and promote product sales as outlined in store/customer assignment list

　　Provide customers with product knowledge on Bethel/Harmony brands

　　Assist in identifying opportunities for solution selling and incremental space

　　Provide support to Field Sales Representative and customers as needed

　　Participate in store events, store walks and district events as needed

　　Ensure proper POP signage is displayed

　　Utilize company technology to identify sales opportunities & conduct inventory as instructed

　　Communicate issues and ideas effectively throughout the chain of command

　　Work effectively and independently to perform all tasks assigned

　　Upload photos and answer surveys in Repsly Ap as directed by Field Sales Representative

　　Utilize corporate software to report time and attendance

　　Face of the company, ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service

　　Support and maintain a professional, team environment

　　Physical Demands of the Position

　　Ability to stand with varied movement for up to 5 hours at a time, ability to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, ability to climb ladders, fine motor control (hand movements), speech, hearing, sight, ability to read documents with small font sizes, manual dexterity; with or without reasonable accommodation.

　　Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

　　This is a full-time position. Days will fluctuate throughout the year based on seasonality and company needs. Days will often include weekends.

　　Travel

　　This position requires daily travel, up to 20% overnight travel, with pre-approval. Please refer to the company’s travel policy for rules and regulations pertaining to business travel.

　　Requirements

　　High school diploma or equivalent years of experience

　　Experience in retail, merchandising and/or stocking

　　Problem solving and service-oriented attitude

　　Ability to pull pallet jack with full pallet of sod

　　Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends

　　Ability to operate company provided technology

　　Current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation

　　Must be at least 18 years of age
