　　As a Vistex Analyst you will be supporting the Vistex team at Eaton by uploading and updating the agreements in SAP Vistex module as well as processing and checking the payback requests received from the Customers/Business representatives according to our payback policy.

　　Your main responsibilities:

　　- Payback agreements (pricing conditions)

　　- Upload customer conditions to SAP (long term pricelists)

　　- Covert quotation to pricelists within SAP (short-term pricelists)

　　- Modify pricelists according to business needs

　　- Provide documentation to business partners

　　- Handle payback requests

　　- Reconcile in SAP

　　- Proactively work on discrepancies

　　- Process the request and create credit note

　　Qualifications:

　　- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution or equivalent professional degree

　　- Strong English language capabilities is essential, French language skill would be a great advantage

　　Skills:

　　- Excel, ERP systems (SAP)

　　- Basic knowledge of pricing processes, finance field

　　- Analytical skills

　　- Concern for standards: takes personal action to ensure accuracy and quality of own and others' work, track and document conformity to those standards

　　- Able to use methodical and thorough approaches to structure work activities, analyse problems and make decisions.
