Provides expedient and efficient assistance to member inquiriesreceived primarily through the Virtual Teller Assist feature of ourInteractive Teller Machines. Performs transactional duties to servemembers by receiving or paying out funds via the Interactive TellerWorkstation with high accuracy. Provides cash receipt and paymentservices in accordance with credit union policies and procedures.Assists members with basic deposit, withdrawal, and troubleshootingissues with digital technologies to improve the member experience.REQUIREMENTS 1. High school diploma or equivalent and minimum two yearsof prior customer service experience, preferably within financialservices. Teller experience a plus. 2. Demonstrated understanding of howto utilize digital, online and software technologies to enhance thecustomer or member experience. 3. Familiarity with financial industrydigital products and services. 4. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, andthe ability to work independently and within deadlines. 5. Must developa thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as theyrelate to this position. Must comply with all company policies andprocedures and all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Assists with member inquiries receivedthrough Landmark\'s Interactive Teller Machines. 2. Answers members\'inquiries received through online channels and troubleshoots/ resolvestechnical issues that occur within online services. 3. Providesfriendly, courteous, and expedient virtual teller experience and otherrelated services to members and ITM users resulting in a balancedcashbox daily. 4. Performs transactions for members per online requests.5. Educates members on the use of Online Banking in order to reduce thenumber of support emails and calls.
