Virtual Event OrganizerThe Virtual Event Organizer manages a webinar series and other media communications for multiple internal and external constituencies. The position will report to the Sales Operations Associate. They will work primarily with the training department and interact with many Tremco departments.Responsibilities:Event scheduling, rescheduling, canceling, and communicationSetting a timeline and planning task deadlinesProcuring presentersEvent AgendaAssigning event roles and facilitating communication with stakeholdersRegistration form/page aligned with company and event brandingLogistics, including management of event technology and IT supportAssessing event staffing needs and any training necessaryPromotion strategy - creating and implementing social media and email campaignsMonitoring registration and waitlistsCoordinating presenter needs, e.g., training/coachingOrdering additional services, such as closed captioning and other accessibility options, based on registrant requestsRunning an event rehearsal to test technologies and address any concernsDay-of availability for troubleshooting and assistancePost-event recording management, reporting, and analysis.Post-event surveysThank You emails for the attendeesFollow-up for registrants who missed the eventSharing attendance information with appropriate Tremco personnelSkills:Microsoft 365 (including Microsoft Teams / Outlook) experienceCRM experience (Salesforce preferred)Smartsheet/Spreadsheet experienceExcellent communicatorRequirements:Some CollegeQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status or disability.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, national origin, sex, protected veteran status or disability.
