Description

A leading firm in the Manufacturing industry in Oceanside is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk with in-depth knowledge of NetSuite. The successful candidate will exhibit a high degree of accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage large amounts of financial data.

Responsibilities Include:

Payment Processing: Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Transaction Record Keeping: Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts receivable data.

Reconciliation: Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.

Reporting: Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.

Requirements

Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.

Hands-on experience in operating Netsuite.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Accurate data entry and analytical skills.
