This role will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing all elements of our Supplier D&I Program in collaboration with the procurement, business and human resources teams, and reports to the Head of Supplier sustainability performance.

Your Mission1. Benchmark our Diversity & Inclusion program with leading industry players programs and engaging with relevant specialized organizations to identify gaps.2. Work with business partners to propose an enhanced Supplier D&I framework aligned with our responsible sourcing & Diversity, Belonging & Inclusion strategies.3. Partner with internal customers to understand current and future business needs and develop strategic roadmaps to support an increase in diverse spend.4. Define and track robust quantitative KPIs, drive program and progresses.5. Work closely with sourcing managers and business leaders across all spend categories to embed supplier D&I into appropriate purchasing decisions. 6. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with diverse supplier organizations identifying mutually beneficial opportunities to increase engagement, foster connections and increase community presence.

You Bring1. 2 to 3 years of successful track recordo within Procurement, with a strong interest in Diversity, Belongings and Inclusion topics;o or within the Diversity, Belongings and Inclusion area with Procurement knowledge2. Perfect written and spoken English3. Data-driven decision maker with excellent program management and organizational skills4. Excellent communication and influencing skills5. Proactive problem solver and self-starter6. Confident in ability to work effectively with internal and external executive level partners
