　　2-year Fixed Term contract for a significant Digital project

　　Specifications management to support the implementation process

　　Based at our Head Office in Mentone / Moorabbin

　　Based at our Head Office in Mentone, an exciting opportunity now exists for a Quality Systems Data Administrator to join the team. This is a 2-year Fixed Term contract. Reporting to the Quality Systems Manager, you will operate as part of our Food Safety and Quality team for a significant Digital Projects for specifications management, MMS (Manufacturing Management Suite), and PIF Manager Systems by collecting information and relevant data, entering data into existing systems, and supporting the implementation process.

　　In this role you will work with a range of internal stakeholders, therefore collaboration and your close attention to detail will be a key success factor for this role.

　　What you will do

　　You will work cross functionally with the team to perform gap analysis for information required to meet the scheduled timeline.

　　Request, manage, and update specification data and Product Information Sheets (PIFs), including follow-up with suppliers to check for completion.

　　Work collaboratively with a range of different stakeholders to coordinate the collection of information to update relevant systems.

　　Screen information to assess changes and escalate/discuss the impact with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Corporate Quality Systems, Product Development, Regulatory, Legal and Marketing)

　　Collate data and data entry into in-house systems and review processes.

　　Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality processes.

　　About you

　　Ideally you are a degree qualified Food Technologist preferably with a background within Food/FMCG industry and hold QA/QC experience and ideally experienced with customer requirements and specifications.

　　You hold strong technical proficiency with quality management software and tools.

　　You are detail orientated with a focus on process optimisation.

　　Demonstrated ability to perform gap analysis, trending, and reporting.

　　Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills.

　　You possess the communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

　　A growth mindset for seeking innovative and collaboration solutions to meet both consumers, Simplot and customer needs

　　You hold advanced Word and Excel software skills, high attention to detail, collaboration skills and understanding of Document Control requirements that will ensure your success.
