Roles and Responsibilities: Champions a safetyculture, ensures a safe work environment, and promotes safe behavior *Monitors environment and becomes aware of conditions that may affectemployee safety and security; takes corrective action * Communicates toensure employees learn and comply with specifications, blueprints, joborders, and company policies * Prepares training plans and conducts orassigns safety, maintenance, machine operation and quality assurancetraining to new employees * Prepares documentation and providesperformance feedback to introductory employees * Provides feedback toplant leaders concerning employee performance and behavior * Ensuresemployees have required tools, supplies and area to exercise theirduties Production: * Operates blow mold machines and other relatedequipment * Analyzes charts, work orders, production schedules, andother data to drive production requirements * Performs and/or assignspersonnel to conduct audits, weights and quality checks * Troubleshootsand resolves process problems and makes minor repairs to blow-mold andsupport equipment * Prepares and documents daily production reports,including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies and other Maintenance: *Loads and unloads trucks and secures product in accordance with customerrequirements; inspects incoming materials. * Performs mold, necktooling, pin and other equipment changes * Installs, adjusts, andrepairs blow mold machines, trimmers, palletizers and other relatedequipment * Troubleshoots, locates root problems, and repairs blowmold, baggers and support equipment or PLC...
