In this role, you will be responsible for planning andmanaging the execution of the System Drives Division sales strategythrough regional sales coverage in identified geographical territoriesin the US. You are responsible for leading, developing, and coaching theSystem Drives Regional Sales organization to exceed the sales targetsand ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is locatedanywhere in the US, with a preference for Wauwatosa, WI, or Houston, TX.This is a position with global grade 10This position reports to LocalDivision Manager, System Drives USYour responsibilities Meet annual,quarterly, and monthly sales targets through operational sales executionin defined geographical territories and assigned accounts with a primaryfocus on short-cycle product sales for LV Drives Maintain and manage anopportunity pipeline and execute opportunity and quotation managementactivities for identified sales pursuits in the assigned territoriesDevelop and maintain growth plans and support sales execution ofidentified opportunities with direct End-user, OEM, and SystemIntegrator accounts, and support local Channel Partners with salesexecution of identified opportunities Develop and maintain strongtechnical product and application know-how of the System Drivesportfolio, and work with Engineering and Sales Support for detailedtechnical and quotation support Establish sales targets and ensure salesachievement through regular oversight and definition and implementationof improvement plans as needed.
