They will partner closely with the marketing team and key stakeholders across different initiatives to support T-Mobile's strategic priorities, solidify the brand, bolster its reputation, and resonate with consumers.This leader will be a strategic communications tactician and a strong manager of people who can represent the organization externally when necessary. The successful candidate is a team player who can deliver effective communications strategies in a fast-paced environment.Un-carrier ResponsibilitiesLead all manner of external communications for two lines of business: network and innovative technology. This includes but is not limited to brand strategy, media relations, consumer public relations, product launches, and brand and sponsorship activation.Manage, energize, and unify a team of 39 communications professionals with five direct reports, as well as external agency partners.Regularly engage with C-suite executives to develop and implement external communications strategies that align with business objectives; serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.Gain a deep understanding of T-Mobile's product offerings; translate complex technological concepts for a variety of key internal and external stakeholders.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, be a trusted and valued partner to the marketing team and collaborate with other communications leaders to help ensure aligned messaging in all areas of communications.The Experience You'll BringBachelor's degree with at least 12 years of communications experience.Track record with a fast-paced organization in a complex industry and multi-stakeholder environment.Experience navigating a large, complex environment, balancing multiple stakeholder groups; proven success building a network of support with people at all levels.History of partnering closely with marketing teams; accustomed to working in integrated communications and marketing functions.Ability to work cross-functionally and in teams across complex projects with demonstrated success in building relationships, both internally and externally, and delivering effective communications on time in a fast-paced environment.Nimble decision-maker and problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and has the critical thinking skills and poise to anticipate future needs and to course-correct in a shifting environment.Experience providing strategic communications counsel to senior leadership and internal teams and serving as a trusted adviser with the ability to establish and articulate a point of view.Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and implement new ideas and strategies; ability to simplify strategy into specific actions with clear accountability, making decisions with speed and accuracy based on the best available information, and communicating priorities clearly and concisely; strong project management skills and proven track record of accomplishments, including working complex proje
