　　Job Responsibilities

　　Stocks and maintains appropriate levels of product

　　Delivers product and uses transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity

　　Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of workstations and guest service areas

　　Assist servers, bartenders, etc. with customer service as needed

　　Assists with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins, ensuring that bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc.

　　Ensures bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer

　　Checks taps and appliances to ensure that they are working properly and changing out kegs

　　Complete all assigned opening, running, and closing side work.

　　Ensure the proper placement and presentation of dinner orders on a tray

　　Inspect all plates and product before it reaches the guest to ensure accuracy of order, garnish, proper temperature, and appealing presentation.

　　Expedite service of food to ensure the guests receive their order in a prompt and efficient manner.

　　Maintain communication between kitchen and restaurant staff to keep flow of food orders running smoothly.

　　Stock kitchen areas with flatware and china.

　　Maintains excellent guest service and a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

　　Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation

　　Qualifications

　　? Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred

　　? Demonstrates excellent customer service skills

　　? Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

　　? Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures

　　? Must be able to obtain a food safety certification

　　? Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

　　This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
