We provide a widerange of services from residential supports, family-based living,in-home and community services, information and referrals, casemanagement, autism services, and social/recreation classes andactivities. We areheadquartered in Springfield, MA with offices in Hadley, Greenfield andPittsfield. Position Summary: The Vice President of Residential Supportsis a member of Pathlight\'s Executive Leadership Team and reports to theExecutive Director. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, youare responsible for leading the organization\'s strategic initiatives,supporting innovation and participating in policy development in linewith Pathlight\'s Guiding Values. The Vice President of ResidentialSupports has direct responsibility for the individuals who live in the24 community residences and five supported living apartments Pathlightsupports. The program has 375 full and part-time staff who providemanagerial and direct support in these locations. This is a dynamicprogram that requires a leader who can provide positive leadership andvision while directing daily operations. Key responsibilities of theposition: Deliver high-quality services for individuals Champion andimplement innovative systems and services Ensure effective systems forstaff recruitment, training and retention Foster collaborative and highfunctioning teams Develop and manage annual operating plans and budgetsPromote and maintain positive relationships with funders Meet licensing,human resources and service delivery standards Requirements: Bachelor\'sdegree and over 10 years of senior-level management level experience inhuman services or closely related field. Master\'s degree preferred.Demonstrated skill in the development and management of strategic plansand complex administrative systems. Experience building high functioningteams and working collaboratively. Extensive familiarity with applicablefederal and state rules and regulations; knowledge of the Department ofDevelopmental Services licensing requirements preferred.
