JOB PURPOSE:
The Vice President of Professional Clinical Services provides quality support service, as a member of the operations team in accordance with policies and procedures and regulatory agency requirements to assure that the highest degree of quality patient care and customer service She/he recommends utilization of resources in an efficient and economical manner to enable each center to achieve and sustain compliance with all applicable regulations and quality outcomes. The Vice President facilitates the development of tactical and strategic methodologies, policies, and procedures in order to deliver solutions that agree with the goals and objectives of the company.
The Vice President of Professional Clinical Services has a deep understanding for the business objectives of consulting services, as well as the needs of our organizations healthcare delivery model and creative Talent base. The VP will also be able to present clinical, social, and behavioral services and illustrate how PruittHealth can contribute to the service lines organizations through our professional services and solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead strategy development and deployment for identified opportunities to drive overall organizational performance to achieve clinical, behavioral, and social services excellence.
Increase partner expertise to perform more effectively in care delivery by developing consistent career development processes. Expertise in Infection Prevention highly preferred.
Set professional licensure, training, and credentialing expectations at all levels for all professional services positions.
Enhance innovation and efficiency in medical, behavioral, and social services processes and programs.
Provide strategic direction and support to facilitate the achievement of organizational goals regarding superior quality standards and improved patient outcomes (QAPI) for professional services.
Drive clinical policy direction to support the PruittHealth enterprise.
Analyze and evaluate organizational quality and patient safety performance to identify opportunities for improvement for professional services.
Facilitate the development of collaborative relationships among community healthcare providers (physicians, groups, hospitals, networks, contractors, etc.) to improve quality outcomes by providing guidance on addressing barriers to improvement and promoting evidence-based practices.
Develops training and education programs to support program, services and systems implementation.
Coordinates the development and production of all general education and training programs. Including the development of Certified Nursing Assistants and CNA Career Ladder.
Develops an annual budget and maintains budgetary control over general education activities.
Identifies the appropriate medium for delivering education programs to ensure they are cost effective and in the best interest of the organization as a whole, i.e. videos, workshops, conference, telecommunications, etc.
Works closely with Operations to implement, troubleshoot and ensure excellence in execution of new programs, services and systems.
Provides a monthly update to clinical/operations team and schedules meeting monthly with CCO and COO to provide project overview and status report.
Completes final report for executive leadership on evaluation of project implementation and effectiveness.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 7 years clinical experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Registered Nurse licensure, RN.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications) Master’s degree in nursing or business preferred.
