About The Career:

The Vice President of Clinic Operations - Leads strategic, growth, and operational objectives on a broad basis to manage physician medical practices and outpatient clinics. Provides strategic planning, policy making, and general administration. Collaborates with executive leadership on development of an ambulatory infrastructure, physician partnerships, health system operations, facilities planning, budgeting, policy-making and administration.

All About You :

Minimum Required Education: Master's degree in Business, Health Administration, Nursing or other relevant field.

Required Licensure/Certification: None Required.

Minimum Experience: 7 years' progressive healthcare management experience. 5 years' experience in multi-specialty group or integrated physician group.

Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in project management for a healthcare organization.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong emotional intelligence

Agile and even-tempered in facing changing daily demands.

Strong affinity for respect, inclusion, integrity, team, and excellence.

Complex problem solving.

Cross-functional Management.

Leadership/Communication Skills including conflict management.
