The Manager of Cybersecurity will facilitate security related interactions with business partners, OEMs, and service partners. Integration with the cybersecurity community internal to T-Mobile and external with partners such as government, industry, and security organizations is necessary. This person will demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, superb communication skills, and effectively lead the time and effort of all individual contributors, projects, and associated initiatives. A solid understanding of security technologies, architecture, and standard processes will be essential to the success of the role.Job Responsibilities:Technical ExpertiseOwn the SOC technology stack, unlock capability and drive efficiencies for scale.Utilize SIEM/SOAR technical skills to maximize value and return on investment.You lead the team, manage workload and provide technical assistance as needed to successfully deliver engineering solutions.Demonstrated ability to provide cybersecurity consultation on designs and/or implementation of cybersecurity platforms ensuring alignment to T-Mobile security standards.Excellent verbal and communication skills necessary to engage with diverse multi-functional groups and present effectively to small and large groups.Contribute to strategy, roadmap, and requirements for enterprise information protection to align with technology, product, and overall business strategy.Relationship BuildingEstablishes and contributes to mutually beneficial shared goals with other teams.
