　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Cloud Program Manager to join our team in the Hanscom, MA.

　　The Senior Cloud Program Manager will have extensive experience in managing complex cloud-based projects and possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure. As a Senior Cloud Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP cloud platforms hosted in FedRAMP and FedRAMP+ environments. You will be managing multiple projects and ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of C1 PMO and customers.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resourceallocation.

　　Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and thatdeliverables meet Government requirements.

　　Works with the technical team to implement Continuous Integration and ContinuousDelivery and Continuous Deployment tools, automated testing, cloud, microservices, andcontainer-based environments.

　　Manage project risks and issues and ensure timely resolution.

　　Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.

　　Manage the procurement and deployment of cloud infrastructure and services.

　　Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

　　Develop and maintain relationships with CSPs and vendors.

　　Coaches, mentors, motivates, and supervises project team members and influences them totake positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Requires Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related degree and seven (7) or more years of relevant experience in project management with four (4) being in cloud-based projects.

　　Bachelor's degree program or business management or a related field. Strongly desired:Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

　　Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years ofexperience managing cloud-based projects.

　　Experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies (Project ManagementProfessional, Scrum Master, or similar certificates preferred).

　　Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies and infrastructure.

　　Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based solutions.

　　Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience running large programs (at least $200M, ideally $500M)

　　Experience with USAF Programs

　　Clearance Requirements:

　　Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

　　Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility prior to starting this position.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Use of computers and an ability for productivity in a government office environment within the Hanscom, MA area.For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
