Sales Operations Admin Location – Newark or Oakland, CA Responsibilities: • Support our growing sales team with finalizing appropriate sales documentation needed prior to booking an order such as customer forms and ensuring information is up to date in customer on-boarding systems. • Work closely with our operations team to ensure orders are shipped per customer’s shipping and delivery requests. • Ensure deployed equipment information is accurate and up to date for our internal and • customer reporting needs. • Provide post-sales support to customers; this may involve product training, providing documentation and reports, and assisting with incentive programs. • Review and research order issues including shipment status and invoice discrepancies and resolve with appropriate teams. • Reconcile sales orders with finance to assure accurate monthly and quarterly billing. • Support other sales efforts as assigned. • All other duties as assigned. Requirements: • 1-3 years of professional experience in a process-oriented role; experience at a high-growth or start-up or logistics company a plus. • A problem-solving mentality, demonstrating curiosity and initiative. • Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred: • Experience with Netsuite and cloud-based CRM platforms.
