Expected salary range of $250,200 to $278,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
The individual has ultimate enterprise-wide responsibility for the Credit Risk Management function, Collateral Management and Forecasting, Credit Workout and Receivables Management, and all other related areas, including nuclear fuel procurement. They are responsible for assessing and analyzing the firm's current and potential bad debt, as well as determining appropriate credit pricing adders to ensure transactions are charged the appropriate credit risk. The individual enforces allocated credit risk levels and develops and promotes adherence to credit risk management policies and procedures. This includes concentration analysis, downgrade collateral obligations, credit risk measurement (maximum potential exposure), and reporting. They ensure that the company's credit portfolio is properly identified, characterized, and reported on a consistent and timely basis. Furthermore, the individual works with treasury to help preserve the company's investment-grade balance sheet. This includes assessing how commodity price movements could impact strategic flexibility. The staff under their supervision are responsible for developing and maintaining appropriate risk assessment methodologies. They also conduct risk exposure analyses to provide business management with information to appropriately manage the firm's risk levels.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Credit risk oversight and analysis of Commercial, Nuclear and Power Generation, and Corporate.
Implementation and oversight of an enterprise-wide credit policy program.
Nuclear fuels supplier credit risk oversight and analysis.
Clear communication with Senior Management, including Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
Minimum Qualifications
An MBA required or higher degree is required with a and preferred undergraduate major in Business or related field of study.
Minimum 15 years’ experience in energy and financial product market risk management.
Management experience leading a large and complex organization for at least 5 years.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to link company strategy and the risk management implications.
Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing and work effectively across business units and functional groups, at all levels of the Corporation.
