As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management.
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Vascular Access Marketing Product Specialist to join our Medications Delivery Solutions (MDS) business unit, focusing on Vascular Access Devices (VAD) within the EMEA (Europe, Middle-East, Africa) region. As a pivotal team member, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic projects and improving the commercial success of our PIVC (Peripheral Intravenous Catheters) and VAT (Vascular Access Technologies) portfolios.
Main responsibilities will include:
Orchestrate strategic initiatives aligned with business goals for the PIVC portfolio, emphasizing the "Win in the Value segment" approach.Drive the commercial success of VAT by providing expertise and support to local Sales & Marketing teams, acting as a subject matter expert in implementation and contributing to sales tool development.Deliver comprehensive product education across the VAT portfolio to the country commercial team, ensuring a consistent user experience.Define and implement robust launch and acceleration plans, ensuring a flawless transition and successful market penetration.Contribute to market modeling, conduct key customer/market analytics, pricing initiatives, and support portfolio planning and monitoring for long-term demand.Develop customer engagement tools and digital enablers for the portfolio
About you
Proven marketing proficiencies with a focus on customer insights, portfolio management, planning, and customer engagements.Ability to build collaborative relationships within the region and with worldwide teams.Strong commercial awareness, communication skills, and familiarity with digital marketing tools.Results-focused, accountable, and proficient in key BD tools, including Salesforce.com and BD Way of Marketing.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience in the Medical Device sector.Demonstrated ability in Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical industries preferred.Knowledge in Medical Devices Implementation, Capital investment goods, Technical Services, and disposables.International or European marketing experience.Excellent English proficiency; knowledge of another European language is preferable.Strong project management ability and IT proficiency, including CRM systems.
