　　UX Research Intern:

　　Kenvue is currently recruiting for UX Research Intern. This position reports into TPO EUS Experience Analytics and is based in Skillman, NJ but open to remote.

　　What will you do:

　　The UX Research Intern is responsible for supporting ongoing UX research work by designing quantitative and qualitative research activities (e.g. usability studies, concept studies, surveys, etc.), analyzing data, organizing research activity logistics, writing detailed reports, and summarizing existing research. The intern will also support design activities through prototyping using Figma and internal design system.

　　Responsibilities

　　Working with cross functional stakeholders to understand study needs, create research plans, organize study materials, define respondent / participant criteria, and organize materials needed for research activities.

　　Analyze and report on data from research activities.

　　Develop clickable prototypes.

　　Qualifications

　　What we are looking for:

　　Required Qualifications

　　Background in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interactions, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Information Science, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

　　Strong survey design and analysis skills (both quantitative and qualitative survey approaches).

　　Experience producing multiple reporting artifacts for diverse stakeholders.

　　Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.

　　Experience working with other researchers on quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and reporting.

　　Organized and detail oriented.
