　　Our client is looking for a UX Product Designer to join their team! This role will be supporting their CX (Customer Experience) organization. This team is growing substantially and they are adding to their team! These product designers should have an interest in working on a-lot of different types of projects as they will not solely be hired for one thing. They are in the process of building out a design studio where their designers will work across several different products. Some examples would be, HMI, Mobile, Web, Connected vehicle & in-car experience products (think in the touchscreen of the vehicle), voice integration, etc. Potential candidates should come from a digital background and have experience and interest in supporting mostly B2C projects. This is an exciting area within the company that has a lot of opportunities for designers who are looking for a challenge and environment that offers a variety of projects!

　　The initial project this person will start out on will be the Digital Energy ePowered Product line. ePowered is the product line specifically focused around their EV capabilities, and will be supporting a number of projects focused around the advancement of their Electric vehicle interactions with both the car and charging stations.

　　Responsibilities & Qualifications:

　　· Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Ergonomics or related discipline

　　· 6+ years experience designing graphical interfaces

　　· Strong written and verbal communication skills

　　· Ability to communicate broad concepts as well as fine detail through written and graphical media

　　· Ability to work well with others, exhibiting teamwork skills

　　· Ability to multitask by handling diverse assignments concurrently

　　· Good interpersonal skills involving ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally

　　· Displays attributes of a critical thinker and leverages innovative ideas

　　· Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis

　　· Proficient ergonomics experience (Heuristic evaluation, Criteria development)

　　· Proficient prototyping skills (software and/or hardware development experience a plus)

　　· Proficient experience in usability testing (developing and executing test protocols)

　　· Proficient in basic visual design principles and practices

　　· Proficient understanding of technology and the product development life-cycle

　　· Proficient with common design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Sketch, Figma
