Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team that has great potential for growth within!

　　Description:

　　• Prepares and analyzes office and regional financial statements

　　• Prepares journal entries and maintains supporting records

　　• Prepares account reconciliations for multiple accounts and locations for various areas including but not limited to ,Bank reconciliations, Accruals, Prepaids

　　• Answers accounting and financial questions by researching US GAAP, general ledger transactions and interpreting data

　　• Provides detail analysis and quantifies variances from expected results

　　• Maintains supporting work papers for internal and external audits

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　• Bachelor’s degree

　　• 3+ years of accounting experience

　　• Proficiency in Excel- Intermediate to advanced (pivots, vlook, some formulas), Word, and other Microsoft Office Tools

　　• Experience working with accounting software, (Great Plains is a plus)

　　• Working knowledge of US GAAP and ability to research technical items

　　• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
