Kforce has a client in Louisville, KY that is seeking a UX Designer.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with colleagues to identify service design opportunities
Distill business, end user and other constraints into digestible components for effective improved UX/UI design and delivery
Frame projects, problems, and opportunity spaces using inputs from stakeholders as well as secondary research (qualitative, comparative and evaluative)
Drive learning agenda, research planning and research execution of qualitative methods to uncover deep insights and identify opportunity areas impactful to both the user and company
Conduct comparative and evaluative research into technical solutions and industry trends to inform service design and development
Analyze service metrics data to inform design solutions
Seamlessly facilitate cross-functional teams in co-design working sessions and workshops
Build service blueprints that orchestrate end-to-end experiences, coordinating separate interactions into rational user journeys within that service
Collaborate and co-create with product teams and business partners to quantify the value of a concept, design operational roles and processes, and build business models (including XLAs, etc.) for larger deployment
Generate and thoughtfully articulate future concepts and experience roadmaps that envision how people will interact with the products and services we design
Manage the quality of execution from production teams
Define test and learn experiments of to address critical uncertainties and key experience and performance indicators
Look for commonalities in activities across services where improvements in standardization could be made
Advise service teams in solving complex problems or issues regarding management, processes and business systems
Conduct functional analysis and design, working with developers and product or service managers to recommend solutions and resolve service issues
Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience in a related field
A strong portfolio demonstrating a full understanding of the end-to-end design process and application of user-centered design processes, standards and best practices that ensure experiences are usable and accessible
Demonstrated experience planning and executing user research to inform design decisions and evaluate experiences with end users
Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and synthesize end-user research
Demonstrated ability to create service design assets (e.g., customer journeys, flows, wireframes, etc.) at any point in the product or service lifecycle
Demonstrated ability to scope, lead, and execute work with a cross-functional team
Extensive experience with Figma, Adobe CC and/or other relevant design software
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Communicating and collaborating with the broader business to develop solutions educating and inspiring them around human-centered design and delivery of services
Able to build empathy, synthesize findings into insights and generate business recommendations that drive impact
Preferred:
Master's degree in Service Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Design Strategy, or related field
7-10 years of relevant industry experience
Experience designing services of internal associate-facing solutions for large corporations
Understanding of areas of specialization within the greater design landscape, including but not limited to Design Research, Service Design, UI/UX Design, and Product Design; Willingness to broaden own skillset into adjacent specializations while refining mastery of primary skillset
Highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage many diverse stakeholders and SMEs and gain their co-ownership in the outcome
Experience in defining and establishing XLAs
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
