The position is paid $27.04 per hour. Health and welfare benefits begin on date of hire, there is a perfect attendance award, and an annual bonus.Core Functions:Maintain and operate SPC equipment in departmentFollow a production scheduleProduce in-spec productPerform assigned sanitation/keep building cleanMonitor equipment and document process log sheet readingsLoad bulk trucks with molasses / unload bulk tankers.Work with chemicals in a PSM environmentKeep all work areas, buildings, and grounds always clean.Actively participate in all aspects of safety, including near miss reporting and meetingsSkill/Experience Requirements:High School Diploma or GED Required - Minimum of 18 years oldAbility to work safely and follow all safety rules and policiesAble to work 12-hour shifts, with mandatory OTExperience in Good Manufacturing Practices preferredAbility to operate various types of machinery, requiredAbility to take direction and work as a team requiredMust be able to lift to 50lbs.Good attendance and reliability are criticalGood communication skillsBunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
