　　PURPOSE

　　Employee will ensure that all buildings and facilities are maintained ina safe and professional manner.

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Duties include but are not limited to: filter changes, filter cleaning,cleaning and maintaining exhaust/intake fans, minor plumbing, painting,minor carpentry, minor fabrication, PM inspection of various systemswithin the facilities, assisting Maintenance Technicians, 6S activities,and other duties as assigned.
