Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a payroll clerk for a long term project for a client in the Miami downtown area.

　　Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy and completeness, addressing any discrepancies

　　Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions and concerns

　　Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly. Escalates discrepancies in payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes, and deductions.

　　Process new employees, promotions and terminations including onboarding and off boarding processes.

　　Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information for payroll processing.

　　Prepare and distribute paychecks or electronic transfers to employees according to established schedules.

　　Assist in the preparation of payroll reports, summaries

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor of Business, Accounting or Human Resources

　　2 + Years experience in payroll role

　　Experience with deductions and garnishments

　　Experience with NetSuite is a PLUS

　　Ability to work ON-SITE

　　Microsoft Excel- Intermediate
