JOB REQUIREMENTS: Utilities Technician 1st Shift - R-29807 *****OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Required Qualifications: * HighSchool Diploma required * 1+ years\' experience with basic electricalsystems, compressors, welding, plumbing, conveyers, hydraulics,packaging, PLC, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and pumps. * Musthave HVAC, Ammonia and Boiler experience. * Minimum 1 year experienceworking with Boilers, Ammonia refrigeration units, and HVAC systems. *Ability to run various computer applications that apply to thedepartment and business to an acceptable degree, including but notlimited to Microsoft Office Products, and CMMS program, etc. * Able todo mathematical calculations, read/interpret mechanical and electricaldiagrams. * Currently holds or be able to successfully complete theAmmonia Operator I or equivalent certification within 12 months of jobassignment. * Successfully completes the Boiler Operator Icertification within 18 months of job assignment. * The ability tounderstand major plant utilities of the production process systems andthe principles behind them. * Basic Electrical knowledge to includeNFPA 70e requirements. * Ability to make regular rounds and documentall findings.
