What you'll do...
In the Technology Strategy team, we address issues that need cross-departmental input and involvement with senior executives throughout the company. While in the commercialization team, we develop partner networks to support increased productivity, speed, and innovation.
We are looking for a Sr. Manager for our Insights and Analytics Team. The team is responsible for analyzing large amounts of organizational data (including both labor and non-labor data elements) to discover trends and help answer questions into the overall health and makeup of the organization.
What you'll do:
As a Sr. Manager for the Insights and Analytics Team, you will have the following responsibilities:
Align Walmart Tech insights with business and organizational goals as well as leadership needsCollaborate with leaders and other stakeholders to create analytical plans, hypotheses and roadmaps to develop insights for given areasManage the visualization and communication of findings so that it delivers high-quality insights for leaders to action uponAnalyze resource investments, ways of working, and portfolio data to identify opportunities for enhancement of data quality, investment decisioning and overall insights within Walmart Global Tech
What you'll bring:
To be a successful Sr. Manager of Product Management for the Insights and Analytics Team, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in data science, Analytics, Business, or a related fieldFive or more years of experience in product management or insights and analytics, preferably in the tech industryFamiliarity with analytical concepts and best practicesStrong problem-solving, visualization and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
