　　Role Responsibilities:

　　Maintain records, supporting files/documentation, complete/accurate work instructions, and necessary compliance documentation in an organized manner.Effectively communicate to peers and management with regards to work tasks and deadlines and identify issues proactively and communicate to manager along with potential range of solutions.Ensure activities are performed to a high standard of operational excellence, established service level agreements and deadlines are met, and adhere to defined process/control requirements.Engage directly with select business partners on routine activities and deliverables; develop relationships.Develop technical and business skills, ensuring effective and efficient use of time and competencies.

　　Ensure strong commitment to the control environment through training and review to meet all control and compliance requirements.Participate in global initiatives including transformational projects as needed.Understand the functionality, interfaces and interdependencies of Pfizer's financial processes and systems.Focus on continuous improvement in order to improve efficiencies and grow value add opportunities.

　　EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

　　Bachelors degree in accounting or finance discipline required.Minimum of 1 year of experience required; may include relevant and full-time intern experiences.Public, corporate and/or intern experience strongly preferred.English proficiency required.

　　OTHER JOB DETAILS:

　　The annual base salary for this position ranges from $56,400.00 to $94,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
