ManTech is seeking a Program Manager to Lead our US Navy IWS operations contract in the Washington, DC area. In this role you will oversee the combat system modernization efforts on US Navy ships.

　　Desired Job Qualifications:

　　Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management

　　Program Management experience running a large support services contract with subcontractors

　　Experience with cost, schedule and performance management as it relates to program execution

　　Program and Personnel Management

　　Certified SCRUM Master or Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Certified Practitioner

　　Foreign Military Sales Familiarity

　　Communication and Briefing Skills

　　Financial Management

　　Risk Management Policies and Assessment

　　Must have active DoD Secret security clearance and :

　　A) an associate degree in a technical field, with twenty (20) years of U.S. Navy Combat Systems experience, OR

　　B) a bachelor's degree in a technical field, with fifteen (15) years of relevant engineering experience (including DoD systems architectures, design, development, and test and evaluation; experience in concept definition, requirements definition and initial and detailed system design activities), OR

　　C) a master's degree in a technical field, with ten (10) years of relevant engineering experience (including DoD systems architectures, design, development, and test and evaluation; experience in concept definition, requirements definition and initial and detailed system design activities).

　　For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
