We are looking for a Urban Designer / Master Planner with minimum 2-3 years’ experience to join our team. 　　Job Description

　　Arquitectonica Dubai are expanding their team and looking for a passionate Urban Designer/ Planner to join our Urbanism + Planning team, work on transformative global projects.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Experience in stakeholder coordination and policy development and governance is a plus

　　Develop urban planning design solutions as part of a multidisciplinary planning team under the supervision of the Project Lead

　　Conduct Data collection and Research to establish baseline criteria for masterplan development.

　　Prepare project reports, presentations and content.

　　Understands land use, context, concept and detailed maps and datasets.

　　Laisse and work within a multidisciplinary team – including client teams, external subconsultants and authorities.

　　Coordinate to prepare projects deliverables and applicable planning authorities’ requirements.

　　Possesses Strong design, report production and coordination skills.

　　Possesses general understanding of planning regulations and requirements especially within the MENA region.

　　Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.

　　Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills / dedication to meet deadlines.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Requirements

　　Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience working experience in urban design, urban planning and master planning. 

　　Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Design or equivalent.

　　Masters degree preferred.

　　Proficient in 3d Modelling, visualization, graphic software: Autocad, Sketchup and Rhino(preferred)

　　Conversant with Adobe Creative Suite with demonstrable graphics and visualisation skills.

　　Strong design and graphics capabilities and ability to communicate ideas via various visual and graphic media including hand drawn sketches and computer graphics.
