Position Summary
As a Global Key Account Manager in the Multinational Accounts division, you'll be responsible for exceeding assigned sales targets, selling into regional-headquartered organisations with subsidiaries internationally.
Sales engagement will be at the senior executive level - typically CFO, COO, CIO, CHRO and CEO level, working as part of a bid team including local ADP country partners.
As such, you will be promoting both local and global payroll and non-payroll solutions that best address a client's and/or prospects needs. Moreover, you will identify and develop opportunities for ADP with Key Accounts.
Key Requirements :
• Have excellent selling and negotiation skills, incl. deep commercial know-how and understanding of complex / technical contracts;
• Develop in-depth and balanced understanding of global market characteristics and client / prospect needs;
• Independently identify opportunities for ADP across local and global payroll and non-payroll solutions; adapt to fast-paced and international sales environment;
• Successfully identify and engage with key decision makers within Key Accounts around the world; serve as trusted ambassador for ADP;
• Drive account opportunities through "challenger" mindset, while complying with core ADP values ("win it right, win it together");
• Negotiate and close complex / technical contracts in local language and English.
Your background:
• Must-Have: 6-10 years sales experience within the HCM, payroll industry SaaS, preferred in the environment of Large / Global Accounts
• Experience in handling complex, multi-countrysales engagements, selling to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Proven track record of selling global solutions to multinational companies with a high level of proficiency in persuasive communications
• Proven ability to effectively prospect into C-Suite and continually achieve or exceed sales quota
• Demonstrable ability around The Challenger Sales Model and strong territory account planning
• Self-motivated, Able to demonstrate initiative and drive
• Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Preferably experienced within a Financial/Consultative sales background
• Keen discovery skills and a desire to challenge prospects to improve their business processes
• Strategic and commercial awareness, Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors is an asset
• Demonstrated success in a team selling environment
• Skilled in effective use of CRM
• Excellent work ethic, motivation and leadership skills
• French Native; English business fluen
