Make basic repairs to air conditioners, change filters, clean coils, replace blower motors, etc. Perform basic furniture repairs and hangpictures. Maintain pool, clean vacuum, adjust chemical levels. Perform maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior of buildings. Ensuring that the rooms and property aremaintained in the best possible condition, with the least inconvenience to guests. Manage various maintenance and repair projects to ensure timely completion within budget andspecifications. Perform maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating/airconditioning ventilation, and water treatment systems. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Other duties asrequired including but not limited to Groundskeepers are responsible for daily maintenance of a property.
