Performs both customer service (opening new personal and business accounts) and teller duties.
Participates in the daily operations of the branch.
Processes all types of banking transactions in a timely and accurate manner including but not limited to stop payments, POS disputes, and ACH affidavits
Responds promptly to customer inquiries and problem resolution
Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of all retail products and services.
Actively participates in various out bound sales activities in support of meeting branch and bank-wide goals.
