　　About You and This Role

　　Serves as the unit immediate response leader, shift start-up/shut-down coordinator, as well as operator for assigned area. Requires full proficiency in a range of technical, operational, or analytical/scientific processes and procedures through job-related training and considerable on the job experience to perform a variety of work assignments. Acts as an informal resource for team members with less experience.

　　Responsibilities

　　Acts as a technical expert of the unit.

　　Performs work optimization related initiatives.

　　Serves as the Unit Immediate Response Leader, in the event of an emergency.

　　Drives focus and proper use of operating discipline, work processes/integration, and flexibility.

　　Ensures that the unit is running at optimal levels through the control team members.

　　Coordinates and supports completion of work in alignment with other departments and functions such as: Site logistics, Maintenance, and Lavatories.

　　Qualifications:

　　High School diploma or equivalent AND one of the following are required:

　　Associates degree in related field.

　　5 or more years of relevant working experience.

　　Also Required:

　　Willing and able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.

　　Propylene Oxide Propylene Glycol technology experience.

　　A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Process operations or other related manufacturing experience preferred.Additional Notes
