Job Details The Nurse Manager’s primary responsibility is to oversee the rendering of care treatment and services provided to patients/residents within their assigned unit/units. Reporting to the Vice President of Clinical Services, act as leader, educator and clinical assessor for patients/residents and staff assigned. Assess plan, implement and ensure appropriate staffing and allocation of nursing care related to patient/resident acuity and care needs. Ensure that competent staff provides appropriate, timely, efficacious care. Salary Range USD $100,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr. The pay for this position ranges from $ 100,000 - $125,000 per year. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
