　　Specialized Experience. you must have proven ability to handle crisisintervention, conflict, confrontation or other complex people situationswith compassion and decisiveness. Experience working withtraumatized/exploited minors and minors with behavioral problems.Knowledge: at lease 3 months of experience in case or unification workBilingual. you are fluent in both the English and Spanish languages.Education. you have a bachelor's degree in social work or an equivalentdegree in Psychology, Sociology, or other relevant Behavioral Science

　　Remote/hybrid. this position works from a dedicated home office with travelrequired.Regular. this is a full-time direct hire position.Unification Specialist will work closely with the Program Director,Unification Manager, Clinical Services, potential sponsors, otherworkers/staff or stakeholders as applicable and in collaboration with theU.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Office of RefugeeResettlement's (ORR) Unaccompanied Children Program and its care providers.

　　In this role you will initiate, coordinate, and maintain direct contactwith each minor and the minor's family while the minor is in ORR care toefficiently advance the minor's family reunification and safe release fromthe facility.
