　　Position Summary:

　　Performs various ultrasound procedures in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice of a ultrasound technologist.

　　Reports to: Director of Medical Imaging

　　FLSA: Non-exempt

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Minimum EducationGraduate of a Program in Discipline- required

　　Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or Cardiovascular Technology program.**Proof of accreditation would be required for the year of graduation on hireDrag Edit Delete

　　Required SkillsCertifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.

　　Registry: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer R.D.M.S. within 1 year of hire in:Abdomen (AB), Breast (BR), OB (OB), Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).ORA.R.R.T. - Ultrasound within 1 year of hire.Drag Edit Delete

　　Minimum Work ExperienceTwo years work experience in hospital setting (clinical rotation is not applicable) in sonography or radiology preferred.Drag Edit Delete
