Colliers Insurance is seeking a Minneapolis based Personal Lines Producer to manage the agency's existing personal lines business and generate and close new account opportunities originated from internal cross sale and external sources, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, deliver exceptional service to our clients and ultimately grow the agency's personal lines revenue. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop Sales Pipeline from internal and external sources Collaborate with management in the development of internal and external marketing strategy and delivery Manage servicing of individual clients and prospects needs, using the company client management system Develop and maintain insurer relationships Recognizing and analyzing industry trends Prepare and present new business and renewal proposals to clients and prospects Regular and reliable attendance required Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent education 7+ years of personal lines agency (either independent or captive) insurance industry and sales experience preferred, including high net worth clientele Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required Exposure to personal lines accounts of 10K+ in premium Familiarity with high net worth focused insurance carriers (e.g. Chubb, PURE, Berkley One, etc.) Certificates, Licenses, Registration Minnesota State Insurance Producer License required.
