　　About the Role

　　We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX & Data Visualization and Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling reports, designing intuitive data visualizations, and crafting application user interfaces that meet the unique needs of our high-profile clients, including C-suite members, executive management, and general managers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that designs align with company branding and standards, evaluate user feedback, and establish design guidelines and best practices. The role demands versatility in aligning UI & UX across different platforms, striving to achieve a harmonized, consistent look and feel across Smart Factory and Digital Enterprise data products and applications.

　　Your Responsibilities

　　Design visually stunning reports and data visualizations tailored for high-level executives and various managerial levels.

　　Articulate a data story with a persuasive point of view when necessary for diverse clients.

　　Collaborate seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams to co-create outstanding data products.

　　Design application user interfaces that align with user needs, translating high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts to create intuitive and functional interfaces.

　　Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, including the development of wireframes and interactive prototypes.

　　Who we are looking for

　　Proven experience in data visualization, reporting, and UI/UX design, preferably in a corporate setting.

　　Proficiency in data visualization tools and design software (Power BI, Grafana preferred).

　　Strong understanding of data visualization principles and user-centered design.

　　Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

　　Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

　　Your preferred qualifications

　　Completion of University degree

　　3 - 5 Years of Work Related Experience

　　Excellent English skills
