　　Job Description:

　　The UAT Specialist for Fee Billing Validation works across the organization to ensure transaction pricing is accurate and in compliance with legal, regulatory, and business requirements. The Specialist validates production fee billing changes. The Specialist is a creative problem solver who develops validation methods, has a continuous improvement mindset, and works well independently.

　　Responsible for building and leading testing teams. Evaluates the business implications of issues to drive test plans. Ensures user-acceptance test tasks and deliverables are managed and completed according to project milestones. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

　　Responsibilities

　　• Provides oversight and coordination of user acceptance testing.

　　• Ensures consistency of user-acceptance testing processes. Manages test documentation, execution, and approvals within a defined timeline. Ensures test compliance with standards, security, compliance requirements, and procedures.

　　• Informs the business of issues and risks that may impact deliverables. Supports issue-resolution development.

　　• Contributes to the development of the test automation strategies.

　　• Supports the development of the team and testing process improvements.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

　　• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or related field

　　• 1+ year of experience in project management

　　• 4+ years of experience in Software QA testing management

　　• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Software QA testing management, project management

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　• Experience in software testing/development

　　The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
