We have an excitingopportunity for a Subsidy Tuition Coordinator to join our team. This isa front line support role, directly accountable for coordinatingactivities for centers with child care assistance programs. In thisrole, you will ensure compliance with federal, state and local agenciesand company policies and procedures. You will also provide exemplarycustomer service to field operations and government agencies. When youjoin our team as a Subsidy Tuition Field Coordinator, you will: * Alignto company and subsidy tuition strategy, goals and objectives;effectively adapts to change. * Acquire agency contracts and review allagency requirements. * Processes and maintains authorizations; partnerswith centers and agencies to secure reimbursements. * Complete accountsreceivable transfers and discounts; compiles weekly details and updatesfield operations. * Reviews attendance documents and completes billingprocess in accordance with agency guidelines. * Reconciles payments toaccounts receivable, completes AR adjustments, addresses re-bill and/orrefund opportunities. * Follow up on all account receivables and prepaybalances until fully resolved. * Prepares and distributes reports,monitors for unusual items and resolves and/or raises issues asappropriate. * Audits and reconciles center financial records andcompletes appropriate adjustments. * Maintains and stores subsidyrecords in accordance with agency guidelines and company policies andprocedures. * Forms effective relationships with internal and externalpartners, including field operations and child care agencies. *Maintains customer focus and participates in huddle calls and centerdirector meetings. * Prepares audit documentation and reportsnotifications of agency audits. * Demonstrates full ownership forassigned centers. * Performs all functions in a timely and accuratemanner. * Other related duties as assigned.
