Description

　　Join our dynamic team as a Customer Sales Representative where you will be the key point of contact for designated accounts. We are seeking an individual with strong communication and listening skills, familiarity with our products, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

　　Essential Functions:

　　Sales and Order Processing:

　　Receive calls from customers regularly to sell products and process orders.

　　Build and nurture working relationships with designated accounts.

　　Communication and Information Management:

　　Inform customers of new products, pricing changes, promotions, and other relevant information.

　　Handle all inbound calls for designated accounts.

　　Maintain accurate account information in the system, including contact details, pricing, terms, and shipping instructions.

　　Order Editing and Processing:

　　Edit orders for accuracy in price and nomenclature.

　　Provide customers with details such as unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed.

　　Requirements

　　Knowledge of order entry and customers' records is a plus.

　　Company product familiarity is necessary.

　　Strong communication and listening skills.

　　Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and MFG screens.

　　Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
